WHAT WE DO
We help you become the director of your own career by teaching you new career skills. We offer you customized support, with five modules that you can use either as a whole or in parts. These include career coaching and development advice, reintegration (second track), outplacement, job interview training and coaching of future project managers.
Those modules correspond to the five career skills. These are:
- Reflecting on what you want and the role you want to have.
- Reflecting on your strenghts and the positive impact of that.
- Work exploration: exploring how the job market works and where opportunities exist for you.
- Career direction: being curious, trying out, experiencing and raising the bar a little higher.
In summary, the Styx approach is: make sure you become aware of your ambition and qualities, translate these into opportunities and start exploring the (internal) job market in a structured way. Finally, ensure effective communication.
