Let's talk about what you can do! Styx Career Consult successfully guides highly skilled people who, due to illness or sometimes their high sensitivity, can no longer fulfill their function to a new job or self-employment. As part of second-track reintegration, we mainly support people who have dropped out due to burnout and want to make a new start elsewhere.
If you are sick for longer than 52 weeks, the employer must work with you to find a job outside your own environment. This is called reintegration second track. In terms of method, this is very similar to what we do with outplacement and we also call it career guidance. Sometimes the company doctor suggests a preliminary career orientation to promote your recovery. After that, the reintegration into other work can be started. Such a process is always customized, because it must fit your needs and contribute to your recovery.

We're going to identify some key issues and you're going to learn how to apply for jobs today: What can you do? Where are those jobs? How do I get a job? How do I get back into a work routine? How do I avoid dropping out again? When someone drops out, an important cause is often that there is no longer a match with the job and the environment. Functions, teams and responsibilities are changing faster and faster; it may be that what suited you three years earlier no longer does. We will investigate: What does suit you? Where do you do best? What are the advantages of your qualities? What can you do with them?
UWV REINTEGRATION PATHWAYS
FOR HIGHLY EDUCATED PEOPLE
The term reintegration is also used by UWV and municipal social affairs for job search for people who are (partially) disabled or long-term unemployed. Also for highly educated people (theoretically skilled). Styx Career Consult in Eindhoven is then hired by UWV or your municipality to help you get back to work. UWV has a master agreement with Styx Career Consult. These programs are called Making you fit for work (Werkfit maken), Getting to work (Naar werk) and Modular services (Modulaire dienstverlening). For UWV clients, Mariska van Adrichem, Hanke van der Woude, Robert Westerterp, Jasmin Vogeley and Ruud Op den Kamp are the registered coaches.
Reintegration for UWV is called Making you fit for work (Werkfit maken), Getting to work (Naar werk) and Modular services (Modulaire dienstverlening). Within the frameworks we draw up a customized plan. This means that we introduce you to the Styx network and train you to apply for jobs more effectively. First we use career guidance to determine what makes your heart beat faster and what your best-developed competencies are. Where necessary, we strengthen your self-confidence. But above all we make the translation to what you can (still) do and where you fit in. Standard jobs hardly exist anymore, so you will have to investigate further. UWV demands (rightly so) that we carefully monitor customer satisfaction. This research is carried out for Styx by Veldwerk Optimaal in 's-Hertogenbosch. The results for 2023? A wonderful 8.4!
