We can help you learn how to apply for a job in two ways, so that you find that job that suits you. This can be job application training in a (small) group, or individual job coaching with even more customisation. This is also possible via Skype or Teams. In today's competitive and rapidly changing job market, finding a job is quite difficult. Standard jobs hardly exist anymore. Vacancy texts rarely cover the load. Employers do not always know what they want. There are so many dynamics: processes and media develop at lightning speed, jobs change, responsibilities increase and employers cannot often look beyond two years.... And you change and grow: you add more, stakes (thus) higher and you want a different role than before and achieve different goals.

Applying for a job is definitely an emotional process. For you and the employer, it is about understanding and feeling where you are at your best. We improve your networking and application skills (asking questions!). Especially for highly educated people, it is important to learn to profile yourself in a way that does justice to who you are. We use tools that really add something, such as your one-minute presentation, applying STAR, dealing with resistance in an interview and LinkedIn. We make your message concrete. Ask you more questions than you can think of and show you how to deal with them.
Use practical examples and best practices. Help with effective letters and CVs. We translate what you want and can do into concrete jobs and/or assignments. Bring structure to labour market orientation and help with networking. We don't beat about the bush, put you on edge and are there even when the going gets tough.
HOW?
LEARN HOW TO GET FOCUS
In a group with up to eight highly educated people, you will learn how to get focus, how to check vacancies for feasibility and how to prove your qualities in interviews. You will also learn how to make an effective plan of action for your job market preparation. This training is usually in an afternoon and is also given in the evening upon request.
More and more often, we receive requests to prepare concrete job applications. This is why, in addition to job application 3.0, we offer customised job coaching. In a number of sessions, we sharpen your profile, practise dealing with difficult questions and apply the STAR method. The necessary tips & tricks will also be discussed. This programme can be done individually or in a small group and is also possible remotely (using Skype or Teams).
