As a project manager, you are responsible for achieving the goal of a project, often in a matrix organisation. As a manager, you are responsible for the job happiness of the employees in your team. You may have attended a training course and looked closely at how your project managers and supervisors work. And you have ideas about what suits you and what doesn't. But a helping hand would be helpful.

It simply takes time to develop your own style. The good news is that millenials learn quickly. But the downside risk of a project manager and executive who is ineffective is pretty high. So it takes quite a lot to lay a solid foundation. But sometimes your organisation pays (too) little attention to your development. Perhaps no time or insufficient knowledge. Then we can coach you individually ‘on-the-job’ as a starting project manager or manager.


Sometimes you can shift tasks in your current position. This is called jobcrafting and freely translated means: tinkering with your function. You do this yourself, with your own function, or in a team. After all, a job and a team that was a good fit for you three years ago may now not be a good fit for whatever reason. Before you immediately start doing something completely different, it may be useful to investigate which parts of your job no longer fit and whether you can do something about it. We would be happy to help you with that investigation.

We start by establishing your profile with your strengths and any acceptable weaknesses. For this, we use the DISC Profile Analysis. Then we identify your development points, both from your needs and your organisation's goals. We define learning goals with the SMART method, evaluate practical situations and prepare new cases. We stimulate your self-reflection to continuously improve. And we confirm what goes well.

These are always tailor-made programmes. Individual discussions at our office in Eindhoven city centre. Sometimes short and intensive, sometimes spread over a longer period. Like all our processes: short if possible, long if necessary.

Topics include setting goals, working in a planned and methodical way, communicating, motivating others, having an eye for others, stakeholder management, giving and receiving feedback, and driving.
